He explained everything to me so that I understood it and handled all of the details with the council/various other governing bodies really efficiently. Kris drew up fantastic plans for us at a time when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted - he took a lot of time to explain different options to us and his insight was really helpful. His recommendations for other services have also been excellent and I have felt extremely confident leaving all the management of the planning in his very capable hands. Highly recommended.
